Q: How do you choose the grade you list a game at?
A: Here is our grading scale:
Excellent – Typically only used for factory sealed / brand new items without any noticeable wear/damages. Any new item with box damage, a rip in the seal, etc… is marked down from excellent to good, fair, or poor.
Good – Overall in good condition. Little to no creases in artwork or manual, no water damage, no stickers on manual or case artwork, no rental sticker on disc, no stains, etc… Outer plastic of the case may have light scratches, or other wear, but nothing excessive. We typically do not apply the grade to the actual plastic case of disc games (plastic or jewel cases with extensive damages are replaced with either a better condition case or a brand new third-party case), but instead to the case artwork, manual, and game.
Fair – Applies to games with case artwork or cartridges with minor defects i.e. a crease on the edge, minor tear on manual or case artwork, etc… Might have minor creases or wear to the spine / cartridge artwork, small stickers, etc. No missing pages, no large rips or tears, and no major damage.
Poor – Anything with a major defect, but is still guaranteed to fully function. Case artwork or manuals with liquid damage, creases, stains, major rips / tears, missing pages, etc. May have rental sticker on the disc, stickers on the cover art or manual, marker on the case artwork, manual, or disc that can not be safely removed, or other damage including minor cracks on console, accessory and/or cartridge shells (typically the hinge on Nintendo based cartridges).
Damaged – There is physical damage like a major crack or hole in a plastic cartridge, console shell, or accessory, , but is still guaranteed to fully function. Does not apply to consoles with scratches on the shell or screen. Damaged may also be a manual missing its cover page or something similar.
ALL products are tested and in fully functional condition. Discs are resurfaced if needed. The grade typically does not take into account the bottom of the disc, as they are not put out for sale in scratched condition ever. Minor scratching may be present, but nothing that would keep it from playing. GameCube is the most fragile with resurfacing, and is tested again after resurfacing. ALL cartridges are tested and are in playable condition, cartridges are not put out for sale in non-functioning condition ever.
Q: Why do I not see “Complete In Box” as a condition?
A: We can not always guarantee a complete in box copy of the game as some games have bonuses such as registration cards, maps, etc… Instead we can guarantee whether or not that game has a manual so our listings instead have “Game / Item, Case / Box, Manual” or “Game / Item, Case / Box, No Manual”
Q: Do you ship consoles or hand held consoles?
A: Yes we do! When we get consoles in stock and available for sale they will be posted to our website, if the console is in high demand we may have it only available in store for purchase.
Q: Do you have photos for this item?
A: All photos on our website are stock photos, but real photos may be supplied through email upon request. Please be sure to use the product inquiry tab on the product page so we know exactly which product you are wanting a photo of.
Q: What do consoles typically sell with?
A: Home consoles are guaranteed to sell with power, video, one controller. Handheld consoles are guaranteed to sell with a power adapter (except for consoles that take Batteries “AA”, “AAA”, etc… ).
All non-consumable products are backed by our 30-day limited warranty
Q: Do you sell reproduction, bootleg, or fake games?
A: No, we guarantee all of our products to be authentic. Some games are being rereleased, new releases for older consoles or are being reprinted by a new or different publisher, these are still authenticated and guaranteed to be legitimate, however not all games are licensed.
Q: Are your consoles refurbished?
A: We do not differentiate between pre-owned and refurbished consoles since all consoles are tested, cleaned, and repaired if necessary prior to being put out for sale.
Q: Is this game black label?
A: For most games, we do not differentiate between black label and greatest hits, platinum hits, players choice, etc. If you purchase a game from us, there is a chance that it may not be the original black label release, if you are wanting a specific version of the game please use the “Product Inquiry” Tab on that product to check for availability.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Yes, we ship world wide! When you add items to your shopping cart, go to the checkout page, and enter your shipping information, the website will automatically calculate the shipping costs for you.
Q: Why is the shipping cost expensive?
A: Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight, and dimensions of the items in your shopping cart, and your shipping address by the carrier. Typically, especially for international orders, the shipping charges are accurate to or less than what it costs us to ship.
Q: Why does it say there are no shipping options available for my address?
A: This just means that the item was recently added to our website, and has not had weight and dimensions put in for it yet. Please contact us if you experience this, and we will fix it.
Q: The item I purchased does not work. Can I return it?
A: Yes all of our products come with a 30 day limited warranty! If an item arrives in non-working condition or stops working within the 30 days of delivery, please contact us through email to arrange a return. As long as the game is returned in the same condition, our warranty tag has not been tampered with, and is confirmed as non-working once we get it back, we will send a replacement, repair yours (if possible), or if one is not available, a full refund. If the game is found to be working upon return or if the warranty tag is removed we will contact you with further options.
Q: I don’t like the game I purchased. Can I return it?
A: Please visit our Return Policy page for up to date policies and regulations in regards to returns. We cannot guarantee enjoyment of the games we sell, but we will always help our customers to the best of our abilities. We do ask that you please research a game before making a purchase.
Q: When can I pick up my order in person?
A: Once your order is ready for pick up we will call you with confirmation. All orders are typically ready within 60 minutes or less, however sometimes a product is not on-site and is located at our in town warehouse, if this is the case we will call you to inform you of this and the delay.
Q: Can I sell games to you?
A: Yes! Please visit our trade in page on how to start the process.
Q: I saw an item on your Facebook / Instagram, but don’t see it on your website. Where is it?
A: If the item was posted in a photo or video to any of our social media, but is not on the website, that means the item is either only available in store or has not yet been uploaded to our website. We do not remove listings from our site when out of stock, instead the option for that product is simply marked out of stock. Please feel free to contact us to find out more.
Q: Do you sell empty cases or loose manuals?
A: Only if they are already posted on our website. We typically attempt to complete as many games as possible, however sometimes we will post listings for some manuals and empty boxes or third-party replacement boxes.
