We’re excited to offer Mail-In Trades! Send us your games, consoles, and accessories and get a fair quote for either cash or store credit (yes store credit for out of state customers can be applied for use on our webstore)!
Please read the following rules before mailing anything to us:
- Please include a note in the package with your FULL NAME and a CONTACT METHOD, such as phone or email.
- Please make sure you have properly secured and packaged your items before shipping. We are unable to take items damaged in shipping.
- If you’re not happy with the offer, no worries — we will mail it right back to you! We’ll split the return shipping with you 50/50.
- You will have three weeks from the date of first contact to make a decision on our offer. If we have not heard back from you within three weeks, your items will be considered abandoned.
- We can send payment via PayPal (we are currently working on being able to pay out via Zelle and/or Venmo as well)
We accept nearly all video games, consoles, and accessories, from all generations, and from any region. Here’s a couple of quick things to consider:
- All consoles must come with one 1st party working controller, power cord, and video cord to be considered for full value. Broken, incomplete or 3rd party items can only be taken in at a low “for parts” rate.
- We can only accept original Xbox 360 consoles or original PS3 consoles at a low “for parts” rate due to their high fail rate. Slim and later models can be purchased at normal rates!
- Scratched games are okay to send, and will be taken in minus a resurfacing fee, if the game is non-functional or has permanent damages it will be taken in for a low “for parts” rate or can be recycled.
