Breakout

The original Breakout; a seminal title that expands ever so slightly; but perfectly; on the gameplay of Pong; remains a classic of simple design. This modern update retains the Spartan gameplay of the original and infuses it with new power-ups and stylish polygonal graphics. Up to four players can join in the fun simultaneously; and there are over 30 levels to complete. While not going as far as to have a plot; the game does at least have a premise. You are a felon who must break out of jail using a ball and chain to smash through rows of bricks. Nothing says family fun like hardened criminals escaping from prison!
